ESO Plus Membership

ESO plus membership not working under active effects for active paid subscription on XB1 account. Reported twice, still nothing back from ESO. Ticket# 161203-004057. Tried working with Xbox-CS troubleshooting steps didn't resolve the problem.

    Same here but I lost bag too Microsoft had me do different steps but nothing worked

    Same here...active membership to ESO Plus...shows not active in crown store, but next payment due in January...no access to DLC content, bonuses or crafting bag

    @AoDD33pfri3d Xbox's only solution was to cancel my sub. Which was fine with both Xbox and these guy's even though I've been a subscriber form years now and I don't have access to all the stuff I've been paying for all this time.

    Eso had said that they are aware of it happening for some people on Xbox but mine is now working it took 3 days. My suggestion is to open a ticket with them they will need the email confirmation and psn/Xbox tag too.

    @ESO_GinaBruno My December sub went through, got my crowns, had my sub this morning but it's not on my account this evening. I really don't want to have to go through the canceling my account dance through Xbox who says it's ZOS's problem. This is absolutely ridiculous that this same problem continues to surface every so often.

    Same issue since Early Saturday. XBOX says talk to Bethesda ESO Plus subscription is active. ESO Support says:
    Greetings,
    If you have been charged for ESO Plus and do not have access to your benefits, please contact Xbox Support, cancel or refund your current membership, and start a new membership.
    Before contacting Xbox Support, you may wish to try the troubleshooting steps below:
    Log out of the game entirely and wait a few minutes before logging back in. If that fails, please restart the game and your Xbox One.
    If restarting your console did not resolve the issue, please check on the server status for The Elder Scrolls Online and Xbox below:

    After several chat sessions and emails back and forth with MS and ESO bottom line is I had to do what ESO support said in the first line "If you have been charged for ESO Plus and do not have access to your benefits, please contact Xbox Support, cancel or refund your current membership, and start a new membership. Since you are already paid thru the month and cancelling via web only stops the auto subscription you must call MS @ 800-469-9269 and have them cancel ESO Plus subscription and credit your acct then after confirmation repurchase (If you do this in game you must log out and back in for it to take effect.) This fixed my issue and my ESO plus is working again. Hope this helps,

    Just got an email from them saying that they're aware there's a problem and to send them my GT plus a screenshot of payment proof -- I'll see how far it gets me.

    Microsoft can't do much it a ingame items that they don't have access to only eso does

    And if you cancel your membership to redo it you lose all progress in dlc quests that's what happened to me.

    @mestretch I went through that process twice and it still doesn't work Xbox is telling me it's ZOS and ZOS is telling me it's Xbox. Canceled sub for the third time and waiting to see if anyone of these dummies ever get's it fixed.
    @BllyDnsr probably about as far as it got me. Which is no where.
    @AoDD33pfri3d 5 day's and still waiting.

    They resolved it for me and my account is back active. I hope the rest of you have also gotten your accounts back.
