Crown Crate Khajiit is not showing up

Hello! First time post, long time player. This problem just has me quite peeved. I hope a quick resolution can be made. I bought a crown crate, click on the icon in the top left to receive my items, and the Khajiit isn't appearing. My text box gets pushed to the side and the gem count is on the bottom left, but no Khajiit. I didn't know what was suppose to actually happen until I looked at videos of what this whole interface is supposed to look like. I hear this Khajiit's voice when I cancel out of the Crown Crate viewing screen and he says farewells and stuff. But I can't get my items! I tried restarting the game and my PC. No luck.

If it's of any further help, the entire rest of the game runs flawlessly on my PC. I've never had any technical issues. Halp?

I'm having the exact same issue as you. This game is so buggy.

Disable outdated addons and try again. Worked for me.

OOOOOHHHH YES. It was definately an addon. No idea which one it was though, as have many. :P

Same here, I just know that it's an outdated one, but I have too many. xD I'm suspecting Wykkyd's stuff.
