Enchanting Writ Issue XBox EU

I've been getting this for a while but only just getting around to reporting it.
Anytime I pick up my writs on any character and complete the enchanting one I get the below UI error. After this anytime I go to craft a clothing, blacksmithing or woodworking item the materials are unusable and merged together so you can't scroll through. The only was to fix is to log out and back in.
It happens every time on every character and also been able to replicate in Deashan, Craglorn, Rift and Eastmarch.
Anyone else had this or know the cause/fix?
