FTC and default health/stam/mag bars problem

So earlier my wife disabled all her addons for reasons and then enabled them again and now the default eso health/mag/stam bars are on her screen still while FTC is active. We've tried re installing FTC but that didn't work. Wasn't like this until she disabled and re enabled all. Have also repeated that process to see if it would fix it and it didn't. Halp =(
