Crown Crate, cant actually see what I get after I open it.

    What happens is, I open a crate, no cards are shown, I have no idea what I got, I have to check the ui (mounts, costumes, wardrobe etc) and then go into the extract to gems to see what "low rewards" I got.

    Tried disabling all addons, didnt work. PC eu btw, @ZOS_GinaBruno

    @olsborg Try logging out and back in; that should fix the issue.

    I have tried that, I even tried another character and Ive tried to restart the entire game, nothing works. Im not gonna open or buy anymore crates until this is fixed somehow, its no fun opening an "empty" box. Takes away the surprise of it all when I have to go into the UI and check whats new. Sadtimes:( @ZOS_GinaBruno

    Make sure the no thank you addon is disabled

    I disabled all addons, so shouldnt be an addon issue.

    @olsborg Are you running into this after opening a few Crates, or did it happen on the first one?

    Same issue. Disabled addons. Relogged. Persists.

    Got the contents of the crates just fine though.

    Happened on each one of 56 crates i opened. Not a single time i've seen the cards outside of gem extraction interface.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno this happened on the very first crate I bought and has happened on all the crates Ive opened to date, all 25 of them. No fun when you cant see the cards, takes away the excitement:(

    Happened to me on all crates. From the first to the last. I tried relogging and moving my location, then keying reloadui. Nothing worked.

    Atleast I know its not only me, several people apparently have this issue, just hope @ZOS_GinaBruno deems us many enough to worthy a fix. Anytime very soon please.

    I agree. The animation of the cards and dealer makes it feel like a mini game, without the animation, it falls flat.

    Same for me on PC NA, other people I talk to have been able to see the animation.

    Happened to me as well on most of the crates I got. To my surprise, this issue didn't occur if I had opened the game from the launcher. It did occur, however, every single time I opened crates after running the .exe file to launch the game.

    That did it for me as well. Guess if I want to see the cards, I have to launch through the launcher.
