ESO - Game off with multiple ESO processes running in the background

This morning I woke up and my computer sounded like it was working over time. I noticed I had 2 ESO processes running when ESO wasn't even on.
This seems to be the reason why I have a hard time installing updates ( update stops during the updates ). Recently I noticed when I stop the processes I am able to install updates with no problems.
Just wanted to point this out, just in case this maybe causing other issues in the game.
