Deleted Game Reinstall (Problem with Gold Edition Clashes)?

Hi I deleted game about 2 weeks ago, When ı open my console playstation 4 today. I tried to install game but not visible on my library now. I think the gold edition arrival cause that problem. something blocks to download normal tamriel imperial edition at psn store. what should I do please help. sorry for my bad english I hope I could explain myself.
