Burning Spellweave Question - Proc on DoT Tick?

Well, as the title says. Before i go farm this set, i want to know if the 20% to Proc is only on the initial Hit / Acitvation of a Flame Damage skill, or if every Tick of ie. Engulfing Flames, Burning Talons etc. has a chance to proc it as well?

As the Tooltip is worded, it SHOULD proc on the DoT tick. But one can never be sure with these Tooltip descriptions.

It can procc on all hits including dots.

Burning can proc even from light attack via fire staff so its not a problem.

Can it proc off infernal guardian hits? (which, btw can proc off dmg-shield weapon enchants)

I hope you have better luck then me, Farming the set.
I've done almost hundred rounds in CoA1, but no flame staff.

It should. It does proc off of skoria and grothdar.

It can even proc off of the normal burning passive. Try it out with a charged inferno staff. The two burning DoTs will proc each other.

Julianos, grothgar and bsw. I have a spare set of necklace and 2 rings. Too bad I can never trade them off

Why would you need sustain in PvE? By the way BSW + Julianos isn't a good idea, Infallible Aether or Moondancer is much much better.

Probably because this is in the pvp combat and skills section
