Nightblade Gank Build help please?

I know, I know, Ganking is a scummy way to play but I tried making a open world build and I just get steam-rolled by zergs. Hey, I'm fine with that, I know I shouldn't win 1v20 fights but I've decided to fight fire with fire. PVP is a mess of Health stacking Heavy armor players, blazing shield Templars, Proc Sets, people who run in groups with only the Jesus Beam skill, so on and so forth. So I've given up hope for now on real skillful solo PVP. I'm going down the dark ganking road now. So I met a dude on TF PC NA and he hits super hard with his gank build and we are friends but he doesn't want to share his build. He ripped a 40k health DK in 3 hits and I'm struggling killing people of their horses. I know a lot of it is a L2P issue cuz I have to work on animation cancelling and proper rotation, as well as I need mages guild 9 for empower but I'm just seeking some advice. I'm looking most for Sets and CP allocation, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here's some rough stats since I'm not at my PC.

3.6k Weapon Damage
23k health
32k Stamina
16k Magicka
Warrior mundus
Tri stat food

Gear is:
5xAlchemist
5xViper
2xVelidreth

Any help is appreciated, even if it's just changing a mundus. I'll even take tips on how to gank better. Thanks everyone!

I was looking into the Spriggan's set but wasn't sure if it would out perform viper.

I have the same setup but i use stam only food for max damage.
Use cloak right before u hit someone from stealth with suprise attack (guaranteed crit with shadow disguise) it stuns them and follow with incap strike and killers blade. if velidreth procs within the first 2 hits its good night and on to the next target.

Ok thanks I was always just ambushing into them from crouched then incap then a mess over other stuff since only 9% of the time that worked lol. Your way seems like a better combo plus major fracture and stun from the start

Yeah definitely need to work on my animation cancelling! He's firing off an Incap and Killers blade at like the same time lol

Im using Viper, Velidreth and Widowmaker in this video. Ganking don't work well without animation cancelling.

4x alchemist armor, 1x alchemist bow backbar.
3x viper jewerly, 1x viper armor, 1x viper 2h mainbar
2x velidreth/selene shoulder and head

Buff up with rally and grim focus, drink a pot for the alchemist buff, empower with magelight, heavy bow attack -> swap -> ambush -> incap -> killers blade if needed.

Return to the shadows (or get zerged by your targets buddies)

get your weapon damage to at least 5k

Use the correct attacks to open. Your first attack should never be surprise attack. Wrecking Blow is an option but it's a pain to pull off vs bow heavy attack.
