Swarm mother pulling people through walls

Hi all,
Don't know if anyone else has noticed this but I have been running this set on my Templar and I have noticed it pulling people through walls to me, it is usually when they try to los me at a mile gate or a tower and I have noticed it more when the infernal Guardian set hits me while they are behind the wall. But any ground based projectile aoe seems to trigger it if I run into it and block, as much as I love this set I have swapped to Malubeth while its sorted as this seems pretty Broken to me.
