Costume bug (Attachment included. ZOS please take a look) Rant!

I am kinda tired and going over this simple problem again and again. I will attach a screenshot that I am missing a costume from my collection as you can see its "Not Collected" even though I Should be able to use it since I passed the required champion level.

Please any ZOS can you tell me is my "Golden Saint" unlocked, does it look unlocked in anyway?

When you take a ticket, the support have to also look at the attachment that's why the feature is there correct? When I tell you the collectables are bugged I am not making it up and you tell me it is unlocked and available to use. Does it look like I can use it? from what the sceenshot shows?

It is not rocket science, all you need to do is remove the costume on your end from my account and add it back again and it will be fixed. Problem will be solved and that will be that. At this point I feel like banging my head on the wall, the issue is so simple to fix it shocks me that support are unable to resolve it.


I am really wondering how the heck do you resolve important bugs (game breaking bugs) when you can't fix a simple costume bug... its shocking


Anyway look at the attachment it shows that I CAN'T access it.
