Possible phoenix set bug? I've seen it happen on xbox as well, get them to 0 multiple times and they just don't die. This will probably be removed for naming and shaming or the chat going on in the text box though.

They didn't seem to worried about being attacked . There's no shame in just asking a question . Maybe ask a Dev like @ZOS_RichLambert or @Wrobel .

Ive seen that happen before. Me and a couple people were executing the crap out of someone who did not die who was at 1%hp but suddenly jump to 100%. Same envoirment, magplar spamming heals and there health bar doing whack things. 0-100 things. For all i know me and the couple people with me looked foolish on the magplars screen trying to execute while hes at full hp. He did die but it was the weirdest thing. Im betting the Templar is full healing with BoL but on are screens it has not registered yet so we assume they should be dead but they actually full healed first.

Its scourge though. Look how she doesnt even pull out her weapons yet she was casting abilities. Its like she macro-sliced heals. It looks like a lag issue for sure.

This is what happens when damage and healing is out of control on a laggy game. Zos needs to step it up and focus on lag and health bars from spiking 0-100 so easily.

Seen it too, several times. It could be the infamous Phoenix bug, but other sets now have similar effects and they too/or are possibly bugged?

Could even possibly be cheating. There is no real way to be sure. But quite frankly, Im less likely to think anything like CE on console.

This is a bug that only happens with magicka templars. From what I know, that person is not cheating or anything, it's just a weird bug that only magicka templars get.

Many times when i fight someone ill just stop mid combat and see if my enemy wants to fight or not. Sometimes people wanna get to there group and not even bother with a 1v1 in the middle of nowhere. That magplar didnt attack once which hints to me she didnt want to fight.

I understand what your getting at though. I dont think its one of those moments personally. More like the magplar showing shes got huge heals and that there duel will most likely take awhile, so why fight kinda thing.

Lol huge heals, and unkillable. This is just one of the shifty things ive seen over the last couple weeks, best one tho. Others are the increased movement speed, a NB running faster then my horse w manuvers on, 3 gcd epic super slo-mo dodge roll from the elite 1vx crowd. Just another thing to check into?
