Golden Saint Costume missing

Hi,
I recently started looking at the collectables you get in this game however I noticed I never received the Golden Saint costume even after passing the required champion level. Unfortunately ESO support has not replied to my tickets and frankly they are just ignoring the ticket all together. ( Not sure why since its just a costume bug)
Does ESO support actually resolve problems or do the tickets just go to a void ?
