NPC shield charge broken.

The telegraph indicates a direction and red route on the ground for the NPC shield charge.
The NPC charges in a completely different direction.
Use The Trials Of Rahni'Za group quest in craglorn (the arena) or use other content with shield charging NPC.
Difficult to avoid when you dont know what direction they will take as the telegraph is useless.
