BiS for Stamina Templar PVP DPS?

Just wondering on what your opinions are on BIS for a stamina templar PVP build 2h and bow? I'm currently running the standard 5 black rose, 3 agility, either 2 velidreth (open world) or 2 bloodspawn (duelling) and just a random 2H.
I'm thinking of either using 5 draugr hulk or 5 spriggan to complement rose but I'm not sure if they'd be better than what I have now.
What do you think?

✭I'm using full medium. Viper, draugr, velidreth. I love when i light attack and jab, Procing viper, velidreth, burning light, disease enchant, poison enchant. All that instantly is so stupid really.2
