    That being said - I think it's one of the worst mechanics ever introduced.
    There is literally no counter-play to it and the spammer gets ZERO punishment for spamming gap closer, quite the contrary - they get rewarded for mindless 1-button spamming. GG.

    Even without the snare - the "gap-closer" would still perform its utility, i.e. close the gap, well within ability range. There is no need for a fake, no-counter snare.

    Thank you for showing you don't know what you're talking about.

    This thread is about the 75% 0.75 sec auto snare that is instantly applied to anyone targeted by a gap closer. The snare does not obey any snare immunity effects, it does not obey any dodge or miss chance, because it does not exist within the normal CC framework.

    Show me the magical set that makes me immune to gap closer snares. What's it called, Wrobel's Bane?
