[PVP] H.I.V Magicka Templar, small scale/solo

Hello guys, This is a new Mag Temp build for T1 patch.
Race:
High Elf
Dunmer
Breton
Atribute
All Magicka
Gear
5 1 1
5 Robes of the Hist (Rings, Necklace, 2 sharpened swords frontbar, 1h and shield backbar) at the moment im running one reduced cost and 2 regen on glyphs
5 Reactive Armor buy from the sewers, all impen.
2 Pirate Skeleton both impen if possible, light and medium.

Structured Entropy
Radient Destruction
Ice Comet
S&B
Channeled Focus
Luminous Shards
Elusive Mist
Purifying Ritual
Breathe of Life

Idea behind the build
Sadly, as most of you guys know, this is a heavy armor proc meta, i wanted to try and make a counter for these cheesy type of builds while also being able to be somewhat compete in PVP. This build does exactly that. The tankiness of this build is not to be underestimated. While standing in your channeled Focus, Purifying Ritual, CCed and in skele form. You have a whopping 74% dmg mitigation and some really nice FREE tick heals. I sometimes wont even bother breaking CCs and watch as these no skilled proc builds do next to nothing in dmg and just laugh at them stuggling, The pirate skel set seems to have gone way under the radar this patch, trust me when i tell you that this set is so so good.Sadly i dont have a Highlight video ready yet but one will be coming in the coming days. if anyone requires anymore info then ill be glad to help you out. 1100 constitution which is 550 mag and stam regen, plus 1500 base with all reduced cost CP and a reduced cost glyph on jewellry. Pretty good bro.0 -
