Can't log back into cyrodiil, can't use character

I knew this update would be unstable but I have never not been able to load a character. I am just stuck in a cyrodiil loading screen after enduring 4 crashes in half an hour. Terrible implementation - could someone @ZoS tell me how to solve this or will ZoS refund me a portion of my currently wasted ESO Plus fee.
