Ok first we had no cp pvp, now more than ever I want pvp where proc sets don't work, barebones just + stats. Please implement and I guarantee this will be popular 
and prove that all this proc mess is not needed.

Non-CP campaigns are barely ever fully populated. Shows how popular they actually are. Majority of those that do play there are only there because it's not as riddled with performance issues as the CP campaigns are.
One could only assume that a "bare-bones" campaign would be even less populated.0 -

I disagree, but I can only comment on the eu pc server blackwater blade and azuras star which have been the only other campaigns that have had decent population's besides the Thornblade. Most people were playing blackwater blade because there was little lag, but now Zenii altered the levelling and the sets there is no longer so much benefit in those terms.I think non proc sets campaign would also have better latency response with out all those sets going off.0 -

I don't think it will be that popular, honestly most of the players using these proc sets aren't very good. They need those sets to get kills they wouldn't otherwise be able to get. They don't want to play without them0
