Normal (Part 2) dungeons not compatible with non CP lowbies

Several hours ago I (A high CP level character) was doing a random normal for my daily and I wand up being in a group of 3 lowbies; 22,17 and 44 (No CP). The dungeon that was selected for me was Darkshade carvern II. Things went somewhat smoothly up until we enter the the last boss; The Engine Guardian. There was simply not enough power to sustain the boss. The healer (17) did not have enough power to heal us throughout the fight, and the DPS was lacking. One of the DPS was force to disband his lowbie character, and sign onto his main account (A high CP) and soon after things went smoothly, and we wand up completing the dungeon without so much a problem.

A self sustaining DPS does not need to rely on a healer for the poison phase, or any other part of the fight for that matter. All phases except for the electric phase the DPS can literally stack the boss. If it is the fire phase, the flame rotates clockwise, you literally just follow it in a circle around the boss as you DPS. During lightning phase, DPS should break off the boss and handle the ads. With every class having healing abilities available to them, a healer is not that important at all.

Next comes the tank... again, an unnecessary role. Tank can help with ads, but other than that he should just DPS the boss as well. It is very doable on low level characters. The reason for failure is inexperience which is where a higher CP level character should be providing tips to those struggling. That is one of the easiest boss fights in the game.
