Selene, since all of your damage is direct. Going Tremorscale would require you to replace Surprise Attack with Puncture, which defeats the entire point of playing a stam NB

Tremorscale is ridiculous when paired with Viper. They will always proc at the same time. Instant 6-10k damage plus whatever ability you're using, add in poisons and a DoT? Relentless.

PS; Pierce Armor or Ransack are good, low cost - spammable, abilities. Does do a bit less damage than Surprise Attack but it also causes Major Fracture. You mainly only lose out on a bit of damage and the Shadow Barrier passive. Would use this set on a StamDK more so than a NB, but it works for any class.

I havent sent seen stormfist in action yet,selenes and tremor yeah,what I HAVE seen is terminal.

I would go tremor if your looking to proc as many things possible at the same time. If you dont have many instant dmg proc sets I would go velidreth or selenes.

You gain both Major Fracture and Major Resolve from Surprise Attack

Tremorscale, blackrose, and viper. It doesn't matter what class you're on the BiS is the same because ZOS took the most OP aspects of PvP, and exacerbated it.

SA also does Major Fracture tho.

I've noticed Selene seems to miss or get dodged along the rate of incap strike. Tremor seems pretty instant and is a small AoE, so I'd go tremorscale. The procs make up for the damage loss of going from surprise attack to ransack

tried selenes, doesnt happen nearly as often as tremorscale but when it does happen it has much more of an effect
