I do not have the opportunity to visit the upcoming festivals and I had a question. Will there be an opportunity to visit the festival again and get the whole range of the previous festival?

So this is droping on PS4/XBox before 1T does. So on PS4/XBox there will still be low level world/dungeon/delv bosses dropping skulls, up until the 1T patch next week? On the other hand, those servers will be down for a day or more during this event FOR the patch...

He is correct though. The article doesn't mention bonus experience with the transformation, just that the transformation lasts two hours.

Yeah, the PTS had the xp buff like the cake but it's curious that there was no mention of it in the article.

Will the Motif crafting materials of the festival motif be farmable forever?
Or are the style materials gone once the festival ends?

This actually got me excited and I'm not that fond of holiday events. The only thing I don't think it fits with the theme is the pumpkins and "jack" stuff. It really has no connection with how the witches festival is celebrated in Tamriel.

There is literally not enough info to say that this does not fit the theme. The Tanrielic holidays have never been flesh out just vague until now.

I'm new to the game so I was wondering if the "boss monsters" that you have to kill are only those that are found in group dungeons etc. or do the bosses found in (solo) delves count as well?

I would assume this includes the following:

Delve bosses
Group Dungeon bosses
Public Dungeon bosses
Group Delve bosses
World bosses
Dark Anchor bosses
Dark Fissure bosses
Trial bosses
Imperial City bosses
Pretty much anything else labelled as a "boss" in the game that I may have missed.

I believe it is any boss. Dungeon, Delve, and overworld.
