The set description reads 5% reduced magic cost for you and group. The buff from the character sheet reads group up to 12. Can we please make both descriptions agree and for the sake of grinders make it clear on the number.
Second issue the reduced cost is rather weak. It should be 8% to 10% not 5%. I also do not believe the cost mechanic is working. I checked numbers against ultis and against magic cost abilities with a 5 piece on and without the 5 piece and the cost didn't change.
