Happened to me in Stros M'kai. I discovered the Sainsport wayshrine, it is white (discovered) on the map, but remains black on the tab bar above.

Any news of this yet? I discovered at least 2 more in the Shadowfen. I guess it was a delay of some sort. All fixed when I returned to that place.
