How do I turn off dueling?

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I can't find the option to disable it?

    In gameplay or social menu you can select auto-decline duel invites
    PC/EU DC

    Bring up the Menu -> Settings -> Social -> Auto Decline Duels ON
