All projectiles are taking me out of cloak

As NB all projectiles, player or NPC are taking me from cloak. Worse then last patch

Players using Ambush on me will hit me even while cloaking. I guess Ambush is impossible to fix though.

Gap closer snares are stacking which makes cloaking away a very hard task. Would be nice if Cloak removed snares.... all though gap closer snares are unpurgable.... can we get gap closer immunity Lol.

Cloak has been very weird though. Its 50/50 whenever i use it. Hope it gets better.

Cloak Counters:
-All AoE's
-Reveals: Mage Light, Expert Hunter, Flare (soft counter)
-Detect Potions (hard counter)
-Duration based Ground AoEs: Caltrops, Hurricane, Arrow Barrage, etc (hard counters)
-Piercing Mark (Extreme hard counter)

Can you throw nb cloak a bone here zos? Like do we have enough counters? Can we have Purge back at least?

I just hope cloak gets a little quality of life here. You cant even cloak long enough to surpress dots since its broken so easily nowadays.

Yea I also noticed gap closers wrecking me too. But that's nothing new. My snare immunity isn't working either from forward momentum.

Those things should continue to remove NBs from cloak. Stealth needs counters.

Things that shouldn't remove stealth doing it is ridiculous though and has been doing so forever. I even got hit with a Dizzying swing while in cloak the other day. Like for real?

They will contiune to break cloak for sure. It would just be nice if Zos could give cloak purge back or adjust a couple of the counters to make it a little easier for us.

Getting hit by Dizzying Swing should never happen.

Well at least your cloak still negates damage from cfrags, crushing, and inferno staff heavies. So long range sorc counter is working.

The way it is now, it seems you cant dodge any skill with cloak.
With that i mean you cant cloak to avoid a skill that is initiated b4 your cloak, it will only break it, be it gapclosers or any attacks.
For me, i have to have shadow image on my bar to, in order to get away b4 i even bother to cloak

Oh, fun fact: Cyrodiil guards' dots also take you out of atealth. No, not the cappy liquid lightnine style mage guard attack, the dk and templar style projectile dots...

It's not like there is enough counters to cloak in general. Nightblades used to be the class that DoT's were not effective against. Now they are the squishiest class in game because if you prevent one from cloaking and use dots they die way to easy.

The old cloak worked much better in general. Why change something that wasn't broken? The only class it was broken against was magicka dk's since they were so DoT based but thats a class issue. You could even say it was a rock paper scissors element to the game. Poison injection has also become very overpowered because of this change aswell.

I hope when magicka dk gets there revamp (which has been confirmed happening soon), that nightblades get there cloak back.

Its even worse when you have poison injection on you. Vigor and Rally HoT is not keeping you alive. You literally need to purge or stay in cloak to survive.

I miss cloak purge so much.

Omg yes in heavy armor am still get hit hard 10k poison injection its ridiculous. Dueling made it even more obvious that without the cloak its a problem.

Agreed two classes have access to major mending two classes should have access to a in class purge.

Cloak is also breaking when people step on your caltrops, trap beast, or ballista. Which makes very little sense as an assassin-- you'd think you wouldn't come out of hiding after someone steps on a trap that you left. And not just the first hit-- every successive hit from these skills will uncloak you. In the case of caltrops or ballista, they are serious liabilities, since your ability is effectively disabled while they exist.

Gap closer damage is negated by cloak, but you get pulled out of cloak when they land.
