Sorc pet build, Pets do not recive battle spirit, when dueling in PVE zones

As the head title says. When running arround in craglorn, dueling random people, i noticed my pet die constant. After this i checked and confirmed, that my pets does not recive battle spirit.
in cyrodell, my pets have 21k health and in combat in duel, in a PVE zone, my pet have only 16k health.
Hope for a fix asap
