Propelling Shield Alliance Support Siege Shield Morph

I do not believe the propelling shield morph is actually working. The description says it extends the range of abilities greater than x by 8 meters. I am sure DK's like this as it extends their leap ability but I tested ballistas on the wooden towers using this ability in order to reach outer keep walls. In ever test with and with the shield up the range appears to be the same along with the impact points of the siege weapon. Can we actually get this to work as intended. I have been waiting 2 years now to use those stupid wooden siege towers around all the keeps and now that we can we cant seem to hit the keep outer walls. This should be possible with the propelling shield morph and extremely fun.
