Desperately need help with the Rafflehelper add on, anyone who uses this, think you can help?

I basically need to know what to do. I install the add on, I had a member test it out, he deposited the gold, and when I checked the raffle, it said one entry. Great.

He deposited another 1000 gold, and it still only said 1 entry. I tried to draw the winner, and no winner would show. Just said "total entries: 1".

Can someone who uses this add on just tell me how they use it? from start to finish.

or if there's a better add on for this
