Igneous weapons will never be fixed... Ever.

So far I have seen no fix for Igneous weapons and how incredibly unreliable it is. I have video evidence showing it's not working properly even with a group or by yourself it will not give Major Brutality 100% of the time like it should. I've been posting forums regarding this, messaging ZOS staff and yet all my requests have fallen. @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom I've messaged both of you in the past and have received 0 responses regarding this issue.

Here are few of the many examples I have.

It's a perfect example because as you see first it doesn't apply even when I keep using Igneous weapons then you see it finally apply randomly.

http://xboxdvr.com/gamer/Maxwell/video/21498557 Still not receiving major brutality... but when I go into a new instance then I actually receive it.

I mean the videos can go on and on, heck I can make one right now since it's still not applying as we speak.. @ZOS_JessicaFolsom and @ZOS_GinaBruno Please give this to the Q and A team I'm tired of my DPS randomly dropping significantly because of Major brutality not applying like it should when using Igneous weapons..

I should also say no changing areas does not fix it 100% of the time. It will randomly fix it's self but it can be in 5 minutes to 1 hour or even 10 seconds before it will finally work (when you re-cast). This ability isn't suppose to be a russian roulette where I have to hope it will apply or not.

Still not working but then it randomly starts working. Gotta love how indecisive this ability is when it's suppose to be 100% guaranteed buff upon usage.
