How to build a cyromancer for pvp?

Is it possible? And if so what sets should I use? Thinking of using nb, for the passives, in the setup

Nb frost staff, build for sustain, constant frost clench stam, drain their stam. There is no burst tied to frost damage outside of comet ult. Winter born + wall of elements could work but most of the time players dont stand in that shut for very long.

Yea. Also adding in, frost is very powerful in keep defense:
- WoE is crappy by itself. But if you use impulse that has the DOT morph in conjunction with WoE, you can effectively stop zergs in breaches (assuming the dots tick or the impulse spam procs the immobilizer effect).
- the HA shield is lack luster.

Started using ice wall once Caltrops stopped proc'ing Siphoning Attacks back in the Thieves Guild patch, and I could no longer afford casting 'trops. The wall is pretty nice, though you'd probably only use it in group play. I've found Winterborn to be extremely effective, since it procs on DoT ticks. Frost Reach works a lot better than I had expected. Actually looking forward to the destro ult now that there's a root component for the frost version!
