Unable to edit Listing Price in Guild Store

Many of my Guild Members are telling me that when they try to list an item for sale in our Guild Trader, some items wont allow any change to the PRICE.

When they go to the Price and press A, nothing happens. The interface does not change, they get no up and down arrows and cannot alter the price.

I have asked each individual to submit a ticket, but am worried this is a Guild Issue.

Can anyone else confirm if they have seen this issue recently on Xbox1?

I am NA server.

I regularly list things in 3 different guilds and have not experienced this. Good luck with tickets as well, you only get a real response half of the time like a roll of the dice.

Are these people able to sell stuff from other guilds guild trader?

Some items in some Guild Traders, not all items.

For instance, they can list some motifs, but not others. Some gold items but not others. Some foods but not others.

Its a bit crazy.

They've all been asked by me to submit their own tickets.

hmm, I had a similar issue when I did not have the actualized version of Master Merchant addon. But I see you write you are on console. So it must be a game bug then..
