One Tamriel and Gold/Silver Zones

What is going to happen to Cadwell's quest once One Tamriel drops? I thought Meridia is supposed to send you to experience each faction as if you started there. But with One Tamriel, that seems obsolete.

✭✭✭✭✭It will probably still happen. Caldwell's quests are really just the Main Quests for the Zones. I have even done those before meeting up with Molag Bal. So, in my case, I just talked to Caldwell a few times after my meeting with Mr. BalEnjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
