Stamina Dragonknight PvP build: Help please!

Hello, I've been doing a lot of PvP lately, and I have heard a lot of good things about black rose. However, I don't have a sharpened maelstrom weapon yet, and I would like to have another 5 piece on my sword and board bar alongside blackrose.
Front bar is 1H Shield, Back bar is 2H.

I would like to be good at open world, dueling, and "1vX" even though it will be awhile before I can fight more than 2 people alone

What sets would you recommend to wear in 3 pieces jewelry and 2 piece weapon for my bar? I was considering Fasalla's Guile (Is it viable in open world?), dreugh king slayer, Fury (I know its uncommonly used, but it seems interesting if you're taking a lot of damage), and ravager (does it even come in Sword and Board?). If you know of any other good sets please let me know. But in your opinion, which of these sets should I run?

Black rose, viper, bloodspawn is one of the best current meta builds. If you can wait a few weeks for 1T, I think the knight errant set will be really good to pair with black rose.

I've also heard that fasalla's guile is considered a "scumbag" set for dueling, but I only have 300 CP so I'll take what I can get.

I run fury with black rose. The stats are great once it gets going but you gotta be able to last that long

Okay that's cool. Have you ever checked your stats with fury fully procced? I've never tested this. Does it work well in dueling too you think? Thanks for the reply.

I run a weird build. I run this:
4x Hunt
4x Shield Breaker
2x Lekis
1x Molag Kena

2h/Bow

This build has no 5piece set bonus, but what I do when I face an enemy or enemies, is pop Rally and Lethal Arrow one of them, then crit charge follow the arrow and hit with a Venomous Claw. The DoT is so strong that a Vigor will not heal through it. While they try to attack, I pop Coagulating Blood and Vigor then attack with an Injection. An executioner finishes them
