Is there any fishing guild out there? :)

I hope this isn't a stupid question from a newbie, but I read that you have higher chance to get rare fish if you are many at a fishing spot and that you can teleport to guild members.

So with those 2 things, my mind is thinking that a fishing guild would be perfect, it can be pretty boring running back and forth a long river hoping for a spot to pop
