I'd say hundings rage is good pve but I personally don't rate it that highly in pvp.
You mentioned 2h/bow:
Eternal hunt is good for this sort of build, I enjoy it. Can stack WD highly elsewhere.
For magic: kagernarcs hope, seducer, Magnus are good in pvp.
Black rose is a very powerful set, but it's not a crafted set. And it's a heavy armour set, you seem like your aiming for a medium armour build?

Neither of those are crafted.

somebody mentioned Asheen Grip here: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en-GB/discussion/213247/hundings-rage-vs-night-mothers-gaze
but I am not sure if I want to trade the stamina bonus of Hunding`s for health bonus of Asheen.
And also Asheen gives 129 weapon dmg + 688 weapon crit, while Hundings gives 2x 688 weapon crit - could someone pls confirm if it is better to have weapon damage bonus or weapon crit? (I am very bad at math )

If you want pure crafted armor on everything bar jewelry, you can go for 5 Eternal Hunt and 4 Morkuldin. This is a flexible option with a pretty high regen, a strong 5p bonus, and enough bonuses for relatively high bonus damage. When it comes to traits, Sharpened for weapons and a fair amount of Impen for the armor (at least 4).
Avoid combos such as 5 hundings / 4 NMG, critical hits are not as relevant in PvP due to shields (crit immunity) and crit resistance. The reason we are using Impen is to mitigate the damage spikes we're taking.
If you ever want to go for DW or SnB on your front bar (and have either bow or 2H on back bar), you could go for:
- 3 Eternal Hunt on the body
- 2 Eternal hunt DW or SnB
- 4 Clever alchemist on the body
- 1 Clever alchemist on the back bar (2H or bow)
Swap to your back bar, pop a pot, swap to your front bar, kill stuff.I see that clever alchemist is a magicka bonus set, but I play stamina

As already mentioned before, building for crit is not as relevant in PvP as it is in PvE, and even in PvE, weapon damage is usually the winner.
For armor weights, you have quite a few options: 5M/2H, 7M, 5H/2M or 7H. All have their strengths and weaknesses. If you rely more on dodging / kiting, you should head toward Medium, if you prefer to stand your ground, pick more Heavies.
There's more to a PvP build than gear alone, but this should be a flexible starter.

hi, could you please explain how you mean 5 Eternal Hunt and 4 Morkuldin? How can it be 4 Morkudin, when I would use the 5 slots with Eternal Hunt? There are then only 2 armor slots left, right?
You mean + weapons? And what about jewelry? Which one would you recommend?
And is this combination also good for 2H (main bar)/bow (back bar)?

The above suggestions were made with your setup in mind, so 5 Eternal Hunt on the body, 2 Morkuldin on the body, and Morkuldin weapons (in which case it's actually 3 Morkudlin and not 4 as I stated above, woops ).
You can stick to Agility for jewelry, but I didn't really mention it since you're focusing on crafted gear.
That said, it's only one setup, there are many more available if you're looking beyond crafted gear only.
