Hel Ra Citadel - Door glitch (video included)

We were doing Veteran Hel Ra Citadel (vHRC) today and came across a glitch at the split up. The left door closed and pushed out 4 of the 6 players (see video).
I saved the video, so hopefully the programmers understand what is going wrong here and fix it.
PS. 2 players were replaced during the dungeon.
