New Glitch... game unequips your weapon automatically.

So, I was running a black sacrament and I was switching between my bars when I got spotted and had to kill a lantern guy. As I switched from my Destruction Staff to my Dual Wield side - I then kill the lantern guy and auto-looted him. I noticed I looted a blue destruction staff of Julianos... I thought that odd. It was in fact my OWN staff and it was almost as if the NPC I was fighting had stolen it from me and I had to loot it back from his dead body...

I couldn't switch weapons and bars due to having no second weapon from this - and my "sneaky" bar was on my destro staff side - meaning I got spotted a LOT more and then failed the sacrament... but the largest confusion was the fact I had had my staff unequipped in the first place.

Zenimax could you please respond and look into this further? Along with the intermittent error of non-scaling group finder dungeons - the list is continuing to grow with bugs, glitches and game breaking flaws...

Here is the clip... you'll see I auto-loot back my staff... and spend a great deal of time dodge rolling and stuff to try swapping weapons (because I didn't at first realize that my staff had indeed been stolen by the guard from me).
