Still experiencing loading screens, shadow players and missing NPC AFTER update 11

XBOX NA - Aldmeri Dominion chars.

Playing the game since the Update 11 DLC, I am continuing to experience shadow players, missing NPC and intermittent load screens across my chars. There is a marked improvement in load times of shadow players but I still experience the same issues that were present before the update. Within R'wlaka, I continue to experience missing banker and stable owner plus players are shadows when I load in or change to shadows as I move across the area from shrine to enchanting station and back again. I also find crafting stations to be missing when I load in and have to wait for them to fully load in.

As before the update 11 drop, when I ride from Shatul Wayshrine to drop off writs at Orsinium, I have to wait at gates for NPC to load in (not doing so previously would result in crash to dashboard).

I am now playing content on the Gold Coast as this region was unplayable for me with the previous issues. Experiencing random load screens entering Anvil from the north gate.

I am still keeping a low quest log across all my chars but uncertain why I'm still seeing performance issues.

    Having the same problems. The random loading screens are one thing but all loading screens are impressively long. Long enough at times to log me out due to inactivity. I have had this problem for a couple months now. Endlessly searching for an answer or the tiniest bit of support. I can't even get a vague reply. I am not happy with the support from ZOS. Or lack there of for that matter.

    Do a factory reset but choose the option that doesn't delete your games.

    Then go set everything up again and restart the game after downloading your profile.
    It's not a true fix but they way this game is you have to hard reset and sometimes factory reset on big DLC updates. It's almost a 80gig game now.
