VMA issue

I'm occasionally getting a glitch on the rink of frozen blood where I will fall through an iceberg and die from the water. This seems to be happening most often after I run from the boss when he's about to break an iceberg and the one I'm on across the pond drops me through after he breaks a different one. It's weird as it's not happening all the time, but it's happening enough that it's preventing me from finishing the round.
