Best set for a ganker?

I'm a master ganker, so my guess is 5 alchemist, 5 elegance and 1 molag kena, all divines. For cp's 75 into staff expert, 73 into elemental expert and rest into elfborn. Try that setup and tell me if it works.

That's my recently made gank build, and BruhItsOver9000 gave a very good set-up close to what I use. I personally swapped out elegance for two torugs and three willpower, just because I didn't have the elegance rings on me at the time. Eventually I'll do a comparison video and decide which I prefer.

If I want to go full gank, I sit around 3000 unbuffed spell damage with Magus (4 set) and Julianos (5 set) with around 34k magicka and spell damage on my jewels (Willpower are good but you can get the Light of Cyrodiil sets from PVP villages, the rings and necklace are pretty good as well). This drops my regen down a lot, this is a hard set to run on Auza's as my regen sits around 900 so when not on TF (where I'm stacking spell reduction which is much better for a number of reasons when running like this which I can go into if you need) I'll often swap out Julianos with Seducer to gain more regen and spell reduction, but of course I'm hitting for less.

The main thing you want to ask yourself here is, do you want to go Magblade? In that full gank set I linked you above I'm likely doing less burst than a stamina build, I have less survivability and I'd argue my sustain isn't as good either.

That's not a stamina vs magic argument it's just simply how I feel when I swap to my stamina build. It's unavoidable that stamina does more, lasts longer (lots of dodge rolls and in the thick of it will serve you better than stealth) and frankly stealths a lot, that seems strange but it's more because my gank set regen is so bad and I need all my magic for damage. That said, when I'm running my full gank set, stuff melts. It's just easier and with better results with a stamina build doing the same thing (even to the point of using the same attacks with different morphs).

OH also I run full divines and around 45% spell crit (with auto crit on stealth) with The Apprentice mundus for spell damage but I'm considering changing that for the The Atronach for the regen or maybe even The Mage just to be different.
