Mannimarco Costume

In the appearance tab it says the Mannimarco costume is rewarded for reaching champion 100, I'm now in to my champion 200's and still haven't unlocked this costume. I have tried customer support several times with no response, any ideas?
(I know this isn't SUPER important, but I really really would like to have it unlocked since I meet the requirements to have unlocked it.)
