It's been two weeks I can't log in to my main character. What's the point for paying for eso plus just for this ??

Please submit a ticket to our support team and be sure to include the name of the character(s) that is stuck. You can also submit your ticket from within the game, just be sure to request help, not feedback or bug.

Submit a ticket versus the forums. I did and it did not take them that long to move my character, at least for me. I typically can do writs and ride thru Orsinium with no issues. I made a mistake and talked to the roving merchant while still on my horse by the south bridge. I submitted a ticket and received the normal generated email response @ 1.32a EST. I received an email about 9 hours later @ 10.08a apologizing for my issues and they would be escalating my ticket to a specialized team. Then about 5 hours later @ 3.30p I receive and email that my character had been moved. I did get the normal response others have posted to stay way from the problem areas as they cannot do this again.
So my character was stuck for less than 24 hours before ZOS resolved my issue. As usual for me, technical support with ZOS was great, Thank You!!!! I wish I could buy the two support guys a beer .....1 -

Handed in writs, which I am forced to drop off in the DLC that I paid handsomely for. And always use the Shatul wayshrine north of Orsinium to "slip" into the edge of town, drop off writs and immediately leave the same way.
This time CRASHED HARD.
Cannot get back on that character. Shuts whole game down.
PLEASE HELP and RELOCATE my end level master crafter.
It took me a year of trait learning and tons of gold and time to learn all kinds of styles and be able to craft 8 and 9 trait gear.
I need my healer back!!!!!0 -
