I think it is a UI error.I have never seem that before.Plus that is a really weak dawnbreaker lol.

Lmao these NPCs are EVOLVING!

One of my friends tells a story about how he basically one-shotted himself by Dawnbreaker-ing when a guard had eclipse or whatever it's called up on him. That skill shouldn't be reflected because it's not single target but he swears it happened. I suspect something like that happened rather than the guards suddenly learned dawnbreaker.

Fun fact, my group once wiped to 4 vd procs reflected by a dominion archer guard. Eclipse best AoE burst dps in game

While we are on topic about guards, does anyone else get aggravated that it's much more difficult to wipe a resource as a Magicka build? I'm not saying it's HARD per se, but you have to deal with eclipses, spell absorptions, extremely hard CC's (run out of stamina breaking the 100 eclipses on you), and just having to absorb massive amounts of damage due to being unable to dodge roll.

Where as When I take out a resource on my stamina character I can just casually stroll in wreck house and stroll out, as I'm laughing that all their abilities don't do anything to stop mine.

Its not a major part of the game as resources are still easy to cap. But it does tick me off.

Stamina meta wins again.

the templar one used to do that (also concealed weapon), only the npc's one still does. likewise NPCs still have 1.5 negates (no damage but negating new ground AoE's dropped onto it). I don't know why, but when ZOS changes player skills, NPC variants are left untouched

LOL. I have to mess around with this one day if a Magicka Templar's Eclipse can do the same thing.
