PC/Mac NA and EU Maintenance for Update 11 [COMPLETE]

Good morning everyone,
Maintenance to launch Update 11 on PC/Mac is ongoing, though we ran into some technical difficulties this morning. Due to this, the PC/Mac North American and European megaservers will continue to be offline for a few more hours. We're currently targeting 4pm EDT to re-open, and we'll let you know if this time changes. The patch notes for this update will be published later this afternoon when we're closer to opening.
