Eric Wrobel said in ESO Live that this 1% is minuscule and will not cause any significant impact in the Leaderboards. It's amazing though how so many players think 1% can cause such an impact, yet they complain when Bretons only receive 3% cost reduction. So if 1% is so huge, then 3% should be 3x as impactful, according to that mentality.

It does not matter if the boost to AP is 0.00000001% or 1% or 100%....

Anything that affects any leaderboard no matter how big or small should not be going to one single race....nothing like that should ever been in the game....it sets a bad standard...

Seems to be the point people are missing....

"it's only 1%" "it doesn't make that much difference"......yeah and now you have Trump or Hilary as a possible president.....
