That's entirely the point. Meridia and Cadwell are showing you that the Alliance you ended up becoming the Champion of was down to chance, and that your alliance has as many bad parts to it as all the others. When you are playing in the other faction territories, you are seen as a member of that faction, because Meridia wants to show you all sides of the story.
Yeah I know But that still remains as the story-based reason for now, as Cadwell's Silver still starts with that introduction. Going there before Cadwell introduces it is the same as going to Malabal Tor before completing the questlines of Grahtwood and Greenshade, where you're hearing about Naemon's death before he died, and helping the Silvenar before he is revealed.oxxalejandroxxo wrote: »That made some sense, but THEY CHANGED IT!! This change seems to be all in preparation for opening the world up fully in One Tamriel, so when that is released, there should be a new story-based reason for being able to go there, as they have stated “Silver" and “gold" versions of zones will be replaced by Cadwell quest storylines. That sounds to me like they have a new lore basis ready to implement.
