Does the Charged weapon trait effect alchemist crafted poison proc?

If I apply a crafted poison to a weapon with the Charged trait, will the trait increase the chance of the poison effect occurring? Thanks for any information that can be provided.

I tested Infused with poisons recently and it had no visible effect. I haven't tested other traits but I'm going to assume that they don't affect poisons either. I'll try testing it later today on PTS.
