I have only ever seen zergers use it its only really useful in PVE since it force you to be stationary. in theory it should work well but in practice doesn't work that well will just get you killed.

I use the morph that heals you on my stam sorc, but rally is a better heal.
I think it's good to use if your a stam do or stam sorc who doesn't want to spam uppercut

Also add rending slashes for the DOT

I use it and love it. Hybrid stam mag sorc, i use it as my follow up to crit strike before i execute

If its last hit is dodged by a roll dodge or Major Evasion, you don't get the Maelstrom proc. The ability is a channel, so I don't see an instance where someone lets you land that proc.

Idk I'm not sold on it personally.

Bloodthirst, *** Stamina version of Puncturing Sweeps. The heal is underwhelming in PvP as is the damage. It's a decent alternative to spamming WB though, as you have a better chance of hitting a dodge rolling/shuffle user with it. Would use Surprise Attack/Biting Jabs over it any day if you're a Stamplar or Stamblade.

I use it as a stam sorc. I'm all wrecking blowed out after playing a stam sorc since release. I think it works well and it also takes people off guard. I get my Poison Injection running, hopefully lead them into my pre-placed Lightweight Beast Trap, land a Blood Craze and follow up with either Rune Cage or right into Bloodthirsts. They;re getting hit by like 7 things per second with Hurricane running and they melt.

For a stam sorc, flurry has lots of hits, which means surge will proc even with mediocre crit chance. Also, it has a 7m range, so that helps of you are using streak as a charge replacement (bow/DW). And, as mentioned, it doesn't break rune prison

If you have maelstrom weapons, you get a great bleed from blood craze or axe bleed. But it's an obvious choice for a dot build.

I'm not sure all of that is better than wrecking blow really, but it can work

I just like the concept of doing a reverb bash into flurry

I crit strike, switch, flurry, streak, strike.

I primarily use it as a means to keep pressure up close and hit heals and buffs.

Works really well with surge

I prefer it over any of the other dw moves and I can control it better than wb

On my Stam Dk I throw on venom claw, noxious breath, rearming trap, blood craze, swap bars and hit reverb bash, then spam bloodthirst and watch them gasp for heals lol works pretty well honestly.

I find most people die in 3 hits. so that's a lot of work

Are u patches revenge? That guy melted me with the same exact build.
