I just dont understand why its not ok to have reliable, skill based defenses that allow you to avoid being zerged down.
I dont get at what point the whole "lets make gameplay completely one sided" concept became widely accepted as a legitimate idea.

Pretty much, crit resist is an issue when everyone runs it.
Why would you need to crit a six second shield anyways? Stun at five seconds, kill them when they're on the ground. Counting to five is not hard...
